Melacavo means muddeling through in Italian. I love this expression, because for me it is the reduced to the max description of the Italian way of life: You do not aim for perfection, but you get by with lot's of improvisation, laughter, help form others, luck, charm and elegance. This was my motto when I lived in Rome for a year with my family. We all fell in love with Rome. This is the story about my love affaire with the eternal city and other things that inspire me.
